Ochre Sea Star Fountain Pen Ink
$16.00
A sibling ink to “Tide Pool”, Ochre Sea Star is named after the most commonly seen sea stars (starfish) on the saltwater coasts of the Pacific Northwest. Ochre Sea Stars are frequently bright purple or reddish purple, but they’re also sometimes in the orange or brown range (thus, the “ochre” common name). The colors of this chromashading ink are also very paper dependent, but you’ll usually see a purple or reddish purple ink with orange to brown shading. On Tomoe River paper, expect to see a purple ink with almost no shading. Again, Midori tends to give me the best shading effects.
